Privacy policy

In short: I only store what you send me yourself, only use it to reply to you, and don't share it with anyone.

Who is responsible

Unigon AB (org. no. 556946-4075), Falun, Sweden, is the data controller. Contact: Lars Englund, lars@unigon.se, +46 73 617 53 53.

What is stored and why

When you use the contact form, your name, email and, if you fill them in, phone, company and your message are stored. The purpose is to reply to you and to handle any business discussion that follows. The legal basis is legitimate interest (answering your enquiry), or contract if the enquiry concerns an assignment.

The form's content is sent to me as email through the email service Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France, within the EU). The data is stored on a server that Unigon runs itself in Sweden.

How long

Messages from the form are deleted automatically after 12 months. If it leads to an assignment, the correspondence is kept for as long as Swedish accounting law and the contract require.

Cookies and tracking

This site uses no cookies, no analytics and no tracking scripts. The server does not store visitors' IP addresses in its logs.

Your rights

You can at any time ask what has been stored about you, have it corrected or have it deleted. Email lars@unigon.se. If you are unhappy with how your data is handled, you can contact the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
