Example projects
These are my own projects, not client work. They show what AI and a bit of engineering can do for a small business, and that I use it myself before I sell it.
I hold an MSc in computer science from Chalmers and have started and run companies since 2004. The largest was the development firm Anteeo, which began in Chalmers' business incubator and grew to six employees and about 5 million kronor in turnover. So I know what it's like to write quotes, chase payments and do the year-end accounts yourself.
Today I work part-time leading the rollout of AI agents into software development at a software company in Falun. Among other things, that means:
An assistant that writes emails and chat replies that sound like me, built from a few years of sent messages and tested against texts it hadn't seen. It writes drafts in a private window and never sends anything itself.

From bank and tax-account statements to a finished annual report ready to sign. The AI checks that every figure adds up and asks me about anything unclear before it writes.
It found two errors in earlier years' reports: figures that didn't match between years, and a transfer that had been booked as a cost.
Every morning an AI goes through unread email. Ads, receipts and newsletters are archived, while invoices, security alerts and anything that needs a reply stay put. It never deletes and never replies to anything.
46 % of 1,851 unread emails were archived automatically over the summer, with a short summary every day.
Batterikollen is a web app where you upload a year of hourly consumption, solar production and electricity prices. It works out the best possible charging plan for each day, includes peak-power fees and battery wear, and shows the savings and payback time. Everything runs in the browser, so no data leaves your computer.
Open to everyone and tested automatically against the original calculation, with a full year of data in a few seconds.
A few screen recordings become a finished video, cut to the beat of the music and with captions, without anyone sitting and editing.
